CHG offers an ongoing support service to its customers, from the planning stages through to the day the keys are handed over, and also after-sales.


During construction and inspection at the rough building stage

  • Technical advice during the building of your dream house.
  • Preparation of the site visit with the Head Architect at rough building stage.
  • Room reservation at Oliva Nova Golf Beach & Golf Hotel****.

During the snag list visit

  • Inspection of the house, with the Head Architect.
  • Explanation on-site.
  • Presentation of proposals for landscaping by the architect in charge (for detached villas.)
  • Written declaration of all of the points covered during the snag list visit.
When the keys are being handed over, CHG's customer support service includes:

  • Room reservation at Oliva Nova Golf Beach & Golf Hotel****.
  • House inspection (room by room)
  • Explanation of how all the electrical appliances and electronic systems work
  • Delivery of keys, after payment status has been checked and any outstanding payments have been made.

Transfer of ownership

  • Registration of deeds at the Notary Public's office.
  • Filling out of a form in preparation for tax declaration.
  • Building and contents insurance estimate.
  • Contracts relating to administration of the house and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden (if desired, for detached houses.)
  • Rental proposal (if desired.)
  • Processing the request for a telephone line (if required.)
  • Processing authorizations for public service suppliers.
  • Appointment with the Notary Public for formalising transfer of ownership.
  • Processing of change of owner for electricity and water supply contracts.

After moving in (if desired)

  • Home administration
  • Garden and swimming pool maintenance
  • Processing of the water and electricity bills
  • Processing general correspondence
  • Provision of translation and interpreting services (for foreign customers)
  • Fulfilling the instructions of the customer or looking after his or her needs, such as making or changing car hire reservations with Rent a Car Denia.
  • Reception at the airport, house cleaning, etc.
  • Helping to locate medical assistance in the case of an emergency
  • Assistance during hospitalisation
